Jess Pearson

Sound Therapist & Reiki Master

Jess is a Sound Therapist and Reiki Master dedicated to creating a healing space for individuals. Through the use of various instruments, she creates calming vibrations designed to reduce stress and anxiety, helping participants achieve a meditative state and experience profound relaxation and healing.

Jess believes in the power of sound to harmonise the mind, body, and spirit, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance. As a Reiki Master, she supports the body’s innate ability to heal by helping individuals release stagnant energy and restore vitality.

 

In this environment people can explore and release emotional blockages, find deep relaxation, and tap into their inner wisdom. 

What you'll need for Jess's Sound Baths:

• Cushion, blanket, eye pillow (optional)

• Water bottle and warm, comfortable clothing.

Amber Booth

Hatha Yoga Practitoner

Amber is a dedicated yoga instructor committed to guiding individuals through intentional yoga practices. Utilising yoga asana, pranayama, mantra, and meditation, she helps students connect authentically with themselves and trust their intuition.

 

Her journey began at 18, finding solace in yoga throughout a demanding career in the fashion industry. After experiencing transformative healing through yoga therapy at 36, Amber left her career to pursue yoga full-time. Since 2017 she's completed over 500 hours of training and has shared her knowledge across New Zealand and Indonesia.

 

Amber’s studies include Integrated Yoga Teacher Training, Traditional Tantric Hatha, Meditation, and Yin Yoga. She creates a nurturing environment where students can release emotional blockages, deepen self-connection, and experience holistic healing and transformation. Hari Om Tat Sat.

Kirsty van de Geer

Yoga Teacher, Movement Therapist and Shake the Dust Practitioner

Kirsty is an experienced yoga teacher and movement therapist. Her breadth of knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics shine through her classes to provide accessibility and challenge to a wide range of bodies and experiences. Her devotion to non dual philosophy and eastern psychology is woven through her classes, guiding practitioners to make deeper contact with their essential self. 

Shake the Dust is a practice founded by incredible guide and teacher, Satu Tuomela. The classes combine shaking, jumping, HIT, yoga, pilates and intuitive movement, providing  containers of movement to support the release of stress held in the tissues of the body.

Her Shake the Dust classes are dynamic, playful, and supportive. Each class is accompanied by an awesome playlist to support students to find their own pathway to freedom through movement. All levels of fitness and experience are welcome and supported. This is a work out, to work in!

Genevieve Ali

HIIT Pilates and Barre Teacher 

Gen has always loved Barre and HIIT Pilates for their dynamic, musical, and creative ways of challenging both the body and mind. With over 8 years of teaching experience, she loves to empower clients to achieve and feel the physical changes in their bodies while leaving class mentally refreshed and encouraged.

Her Barre classes offer a graceful yet powerful low-impact workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. This method focuses on small, precise movements that target muscles you didn’t even know you had!

 

HIIT Pilates is a fun and challenging full-body workout that is high-intensity yet low-impact. Using Pilates principles, this class is designed for all fitness levels. It incorporates High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to spike your heart rate, increase strength, and improve overall fitness, leaving you feeling amazing! Gen’s classes cater to all ages and abilities.

Bonnie Hu

Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Practitioner

Bonnie’s passion for yoga, breathwork and meditation is evident the moment you step into her classes. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive space for all ages, genders, and experience levels.

Bonnie believes yoga is more than the benefits of physical movements and stretching; it’s about connecting with and listening to your mind, emotions, and body, and giving yourself what you need on that day. Her Vinyasa classes offer adaptable flows to challenge yourself or take a gentler approach, while her Yin classes provide a more meditative and relaxing experience to help reduce stress and release deeper tensions in the body.

Understanding that meditation can be daunting for beginners, Bonnie uniquely integrates breathwork and sound healing to help her students tap into a parasympathetic state faster and flow into the rhythmic patterns of their breath more effortlessly.

Amanda Fell

Yoga, barre and Pilates instructor 

Amanda is an experienced movement facilitator, with mindfulness being at the forefront of her teachings. Her offerings include Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Barre and Pilates. Amanda loves creative and original sequencing, bringing a playful style that is all-inclusive, welcoming people from all walks of life. She specialises in pre and postnatal classes across all modalities.

 

All her classes feature inspiring playlists, setting the tone for a complete mind-body experience. Amanda’s approach to Yin Yoga is holistic and intuitive, fostering a nurturing space where participants can let go, be present, and tune into themselves. Yoga philosophy and anatomical knowledge are interwoven throughout, alongside a specific theme for each class.

 

Barre with Amanda is an enlivening and uplifting experience! Expect to sweat and glow, moving to the beat in this dynamic, ballet-inspired workout. With Pilates principles and the use of props and light hand weights, this targeted full-body practice will have you feeling the barre-burn. Amanda encourages everyone to give it their all, move freely, and express themselves.

Esmeralda Tikao

Sound Therapist and Reiki Practioner

Esmeralda is an Energy Worker and Space Holder who integrates the core values of the Te Ao Māori worldview into her healing practices. Her work focuses on regulating the nervous system, which she believes is essential for living an optimal quality of life.

 

Esmeralda creates and facilitates offerings that restore balance to the mindset, energetic body, and overall physical health, bringing them back to a harmonious state.

She currently holds monthly circles aligned with the moon cycles, along with collaborative events featuring sound healing, cacao ceremonies, meditation, and tarot readings. These gatherings are designed to help participants relax, connect, and unwind.

Kaity Gould

Breathwork Practitioner

Every Wednesday evening at 5:30pm Kaity will take you on a deep dive through a personal journey to growth, empowerment and healing. Utilising the connected circular Breathwork technique accompanied by the use of frequency tools such as tuning forks and instruments you are met with a unique opportunity to release, let go, de-stress and connect to your centre. 

 

Kaity prefers that participants of Breathwork Wednesdays commit to all 4 classes as there is a powerful momentum that builds over the month and a sense of community that builds within the group, however, if you would like to come along to a one-off class to give the practice a go please do feel welcome.

Iris Bellve

Meditation, Tarot and Reiki Practitioner 

Iris brings a yin-like energy and a welcoming essence, inviting everyone to arrive as they are, authentically. Known for her detailed, intentional, and intuitive approach, Iris offers a space in her meditation class, ‘Pause,’ where you can explore your inner landscape through the practices Yoga Nidra and Tarot.

Yoga Nidra, an ancient meditation practice, involves intention setting, body scanning, and guided visualization to deeply engage the subconscious mind and aims to soften the physical body.

Tarot, a form of divination, connects with the universe to deliver surprisingly relevant guidance. The cards drawn will inspire the journey of your visualisation each week making for a bespoke experience catered to the energy of the group.

Taina Gavelle

Pilates Teacher

Taina has a strong background in movement, having spent her early years immersed in gymnastics, building a solid  foundation in flexibility and strength. As a teenager, her passion shifted to dance, where she found joy in various forms, especially Salsa, which she still enjoys as a hobby.

 

About five years ago, Taina discovered Pilates and quickly integrated it into her daily fitness routine, recognising the balance it brought to both her body and mind.

 

Now, as a certified Pilates instructor, Taina is excited to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with others. Her classes focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and getting that spicy burn, all while providing a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.

Yoga became a powerful tool for Christina in navigating grief and loss, and this personal journey fuels her passion for helping others connect with their own inner strength and wisdom. Her classes explore a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. She loves adding her musical style into the practice, you can expect the music to seamlessly blend with the movement throughout the class.  

 

Welcoming all levels, Christina’s Yoga Flow offers a supportive space for personal growth, while also providing challenges and inspiration. She loves connecting with participants, so feel free to chat with her after class.
