Jess believes in the power of sound to harmonise the mind, body, and spirit, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance. As a Reiki Master, she supports the body’s innate ability to heal by helping individuals release stagnant energy and restore vitality.
In this environment people can explore and release emotional blockages, find deep relaxation, and tap into their inner wisdom.

Amber is a dedicated yoga instructor committed to guiding individuals through intentional yoga practices. Utilising yoga asana, pranayama, mantra, and meditation, she helps students connect authentically with themselves and trust their intuition.
Her journey began at 18, finding solace in yoga throughout a demanding career in the fashion industry. After experiencing transformative healing through yoga therapy at 36, Amber left her career to pursue yoga full-time. Since 2017 she's completed over 500 hours of training and has shared her knowledge across New Zealand and Indonesia.
Amber’s studies include Integrated Yoga Teacher Training, Traditional Tantric Hatha, Meditation, and Yin Yoga. She creates a nurturing environment where students can release emotional blockages, deepen self-connection, and experience holistic healing and transformation. Hari Om Tat Sat.

Yoga Teacher, Movement Therapist and Shake the Dust Practitioner
Kirsty is an experienced yoga teacher and movement therapist. Her breadth of knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics shine through her classes to provide accessibility and challenge to a wide range of bodies and experiences. Her devotion to non dual philosophy and eastern psychology is woven through her classes, guiding practitioners to make deeper contact with their essential self.
Shake the Dust is a practice founded by incredible guide and teacher, Satu Tuomela. The classes combine shaking, jumping, HIT, yoga, pilates and intuitive movement, providing containers of movement to support the release of stress held in the tissues of the body.
Her Shake the Dust classes are dynamic, playful, and supportive. Each class is accompanied by an awesome playlist to support students to find their own pathway to freedom through movement. All levels of fitness and experience are welcome and supported. This is a work out, to work in!

HIIT Pilates and Barre Teacher
Gen has always loved Barre and HIIT Pilates for their dynamic, musical, and creative ways of challenging both the body and mind. With over 8 years of teaching experience, she loves to empower clients to achieve and feel the physical changes in their bodies while leaving class mentally refreshed and encouraged.
Her Barre classes offer a graceful yet powerful low-impact workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. This method focuses on small, precise movements that target muscles you didn’t even know you had!
HIIT Pilates is a fun and challenging full-body workout that is high-intensity yet low-impact. Using Pilates principles, this class is designed for all fitness levels. It incorporates High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to spike your heart rate, increase strength, and improve overall fitness, leaving you feeling amazing! Gen’s classes cater to all ages and abilities.

Bonnie’s passion for yoga, breathwork and meditation is evident the moment you step into her classes. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive space for all ages, genders, and experience levels.
Bonnie believes yoga is more than the benefits of physical movements and stretching; it’s about connecting with and listening to your mind, emotions, and body, and giving yourself what you need on that day. Her Vinyasa classes offer adaptable flows to challenge yourself or take a gentler approach, while her Yin classes provide a more meditative and relaxing experience to help reduce stress and release deeper tensions in the body.

Esmeralda creates and facilitates offerings that restore balance to the mindset, energetic body, and overall physical health, bringing them back to a harmonious state.
She currently holds monthly circles aligned with the moon cycles, along with collaborative events featuring sound healing, cacao ceremonies, meditation, and tarot readings. These gatherings are designed to help participants relax, connect, and unwind.

Every Wednesday evening at 5:30pm Kaity will take you on a deep dive through a personal journey to growth, empowerment and healing. Utilising the connected circular Breathwork technique accompanied by the use of frequency tools such as tuning forks and instruments you are met with a unique opportunity to release, let go, de-stress and connect to your centre.
Kaity prefers that participants of Breathwork Wednesdays commit to all 4 classes as there is a powerful momentum that builds over the month and a sense of community that builds within the group, however, if you would like to come along to a one-off class to give the practice a go please do feel welcome.
