Service Description

Head, Heart, Womb is a 90 minute, multi-layered spiritual experience designed for women to drop down through the chakra system–into their powerful, intuitive womb space. This is for the over thinkers, the over givers–to come back to their feminine essence and move forward from a place of grounded, intuitive energy. Leading up to the Full Moon in Scorpio–we’ll gather to pause, listen to, and nurture the deep waters of the feminine. We begin with a Cacao Ceremony, indulging in Sanctum Cacao’s Water Blend of Cacao, Blue Lotus, Black Currant and Vanilla. This yin energy will be layered with Breathwork and Intention Setting. Then, turn inward for Guided Meditation, Sacral Chakra Sound Healing, Tarot Insights and Guided Journaling. Express yourself aloud and draw inspiration from others in an optional, structured sharing circle. Conclude with hands-on Reiki Healing to soothe and ground your nervous system–while activating the feminine power of your Sacral Chakra. All attendees will take home a womb care gift including a Palm Stone Crystal, Botanical Yoni Steam and Ritual Guide. Yoga mats and bolsters are provided.
