Move Write Share


Service Description

A gentle infusion of somatic movement/dance, creative writing and community connection. We’ll begin with 45 minutes of guided somatic exercises, featuring meditation, stretching, shaking, and exploratory body movements. This will seamlessly transition into 15 minutes of free-form writing or poetry, guided by a prompt or theme. We’ll conclude with a brief sharing circle, offering you the option to share your experiences or writing. ​ Throughout the session, Robbie will guide you each step of the way, while reminding you that everything is an invitation, and to listen to your body. This workshop welcomes both newcomers and embodiment enthusiasts. No experience needed, just an open and curious mind. ​ Robbie Fear is a trauma-informed somatic therapist & narrative counsellor with a deep love for movement, creative expression and deepening the connection to the body.
